Second First Christmas

Posted by kara

This weekend we celebrated Christmas with my family. Once the Seahawk game was finished, we exchanged lovely gifts by our lit up tree. Toshi slept through her second first Christmas… she loves being held by Grandma Kathy.

Then we headed out to see Kristen’s Christmas pageant. It was the fastest play I’ve ever seen. The piano music was so fast that it was usually about a beat ahead of everyone’s singing. The kids were pretty cute! And Kristen was Mary!

Then Uncle Bill had us all over for a feast of salmon, steak, and an assortment of Japanese food. Delicious as always. We also played a few games and learned that Chris likes sports more than his friends! Anyway, Toshi was pretty good, even though we did have to use her back-up clothes…

The rest of the weekend can be summed up by shopping and cupcakes. Fun, high-calorie times!

Here are some pics from my little bro.

Grandpa Irland meets Toshi Anne.

This one I took of my dad and little Toshi.

(Blurry but cool)

I like the composition of this one.

Now my parents are packing up to leave at 4:30am tomorrow. Toshi is sad to see them leave! She’ll miss her grandparents lots… now who’s going to hold her for hours at a time, keep her apartment clean, her closet organized, and her parents fed? Looks like we need more visitors!
