A day in the life

Toshi’s days are pretty exciting. Here is a typical day for our 7 week old.

12:30 am Change diaper, feed, burp, sleep

03:30 am Change diaper, feed, burp, sleep

06:30 am Change diaper, feed, burp, prestiged into sleeping more

10:00 am Awake time, lay on play mat, smile at self in mirror twice

10:30 am Change diaper, feed, burp, bundle up for car seat

11:00 am Drive to Target, sleep in car seat

12:00 pm Drive home, sleep in car seat (I quickly make a sandwich for lunch)

01:30 pm Change diaper, feed, burp, insist on being held

02:30 pm Cry, insist on being jiggled to sleep and held

03:45 pm Cry, change diaper, feed, burp

04:20 pm Cry, soothed by jiggling near washer for half an hour

05:00 pm Sleep (while I read) for 10 mins

05:20 pm Cry, try to suck on pacifier for 10 mins, cry, cry, cry

06:15 pm Change diaper, feed, burp, Dad comes home!

06:45 pm Stared at butterflies hanging over play mat (while we ate dinner), fussed to get Dad’s attention

07:00 pm Cry until Dad jiggled/walked/soothed her, sleep only while being held

08:00 pm Cry, change diaper, cry until Dad jiggled/walked/soothed her (we watched TV)

10:15 pm Change diaper, feed, burp, sleep

Repeat

Yeah, as I was writing this, I realized how boring it was. And this was an eventful day with our Target trip!

Toshi Anne always does something funny when Dad is holding her. Tonight she decided to sleep with her head up.
