Monday = Funday

We are at the beginning of our first FULL week back to work. One time Paul asked me if it felt like work being at home. I said, “No, it feels like a lifestyle.” Because it lasts all day and all night and never ends. But it is hard work. Sometimes I think it is too hard, and I look forward to going back to work, where I can actually *solve* problems.

However, it’s not hard the whole day. Especially when Aunt Karen comes over to help! That makes the day go by faster and I can actually get stuff done. Today AK came over and I left to do some errands. I noticed that I felt antsy the whole time. Even when I was driving, I felt like if I didn’t make a light, then I’d hear crying. Or if I had to wait in a long line, then I’d be on pins and needles, just waiting to hear that cry. Once I got used to the idea of being on my own, I started feeling rushed in case Toshi was at home crying. I sadly realized that the idea of leisurely pace has somehow left my brain completely.

Anyway… Toshi was being pretty good this afternoon. I decided to try my luck at getting some photos of her with my handy webcam. I even mirrored her! I looked at the other effects and decided it was too mean to do to my baby. But the mirroring only doubles the cuteness, right?

She’s getting big!
