Toshiko has been working on rolling from front to back and she has finally mastered it! Or, at least, she has it figured out how to do it… execution is not 100%. She knows that she needs to lay her big heavy head back first and then usually the rest of her body will follow.

This morning I turned on the local rap/dance/hoochie music station (Kube) and did some dancing for the Toshster. It made her laugh… which I guess is everyone’s usual reaction to my dancing. She was a little confused by the robot, but she seemed to like anything that involved lots of hair swinging movement.

Wednesday is her half birthday! Which means lots of exciting things: umbrella stroller, jogging stroller, and solid foods! Okay, maybe not “lots” but a couple of fun things. And I think she might be teething soon… The drool has been uncontrollable for a few weeks and she really chomps down on her hands. I hope the whole teething thing isn’t too disruptive!
