That line was one of my favorite parts of the inauguration. Nothing like a little rhyming to lighten up the mood. Toshi and I watched most of the inauguration. Er… I tried to watch the inauguration while Toshi played around.

Just like when the election was called, I felt a swell of pride and hope when I saw Obama appear at the ceremony. I hope he keeps up his momentum in inspiring people to make positive changes. I hope for a step in the right direction. I hope for a better world for our kids.

The kind UPS man carried up two heavy boxes for me. My parents sent all of our Christmas loot! Toshi happily played with her toy train again. My mom included a CD of her pictures. Here are a handful out of a million.
