Toshi and the pink crayon

Little Toshiko has been running around with the pink crayon for the past few days. She’s marked on the laundry basket, clothes, various walls, almost the toilet lid, carpet, window sills, windows, and blinds. Thank goodness they are washable crayons.

And then the next day, she decided that it should really be an extended mural.

That was the day I ended up wiping it off the blinds.

I feel compelled to mention that she hasn’t taken a single afternoon nap this week. I’m pretty sure that is the end of her two naps, but I hesitate to switch her to one nap. I don’t know if I can do just one break a day!

Today we went to the zoo for the Easter Egg Hunt. Or at least, we tried to… By the time we found the place where the egg hunt was being held, all the helpers were packing it up. It didn’t matter. All Toshi wanted to do was look at the planes.

And I’m sure Kristen will make a much better egg hunt tomorrow!
