It runs in the family

Today we had our ultrasound! I had thought it was a boy because 1) I always think it’s a boy and 2) I wasn’t quite as sick as I was the first time with Toshi. However, I should have known better. It’s a GIRL! This will be the 6th granddaughter for Paul’s parents!

Here are the pics! The technician said she was moving around a lot. I had to roll on my sides to get her to flip over too. And she is in a very awkward position – her feet are above her head!

Ariana – way to sneak in there while I was driving home!

Kara – these are beautiful – and such a clear silhouette – she must like clean lines like her mom! I’m so excited for the whole family. Having sisters was one of the best gifts my parents ever gave me 🙂 Hopefully Toshi will agree.

oh, he’s so into babies, he puts ALL his trucks on their sides and bids them a goodnight. he even gave them his towel last night (wouldn’t dare give them his “paci”). thought you’d enjoy that one!

i forgot to mention that our favorite part of the ultrasound was when we could see the baby gulping the amniotic fluid. it was so funny. paul says she’s already a snacker like me.
