Family Fish Fun

That’s right. Fish and Fun together. Paul had been talking about taking Toshi to the aquarium, and I decided it would be nice to get out as a family. So we all went to the aquarium. I thought Toshi would love it, but really, she seemed the most interested in the cut-out photo op things

and the benches or stools. She kept asking Paul if it was open and he kept explaining that there was glass between us and the fish. I think she was a little afraid, which I felt validated my fears, but then again, I am 30 yrs old and not 2. Anyway, I found myself trying to reassure her that the fish were cool and the glass was thick. Ah well. I still didn’t like the creepy big fat fish. Or the octopus– yuck.

Anyway, Martha had fun too.
