Tiara in the Toilet

Paul’s sister Sarah, brother-in-law Greg, and nieces Norah and Caitlyn came to visit! Even Paul’s brother drove up from Portland to hang out. We all had a really good time, despite the occasional crying/fighting/tiara in the toilet. Overall, it was fun followed by more fun with a break for some delicious food. We went to the market (Caitlyn and Toshi danced to banjo music and we shared a chocolate chip cookie), they explored downtown and the Seattle Center, we went to the aquarium (where Toshi borrowed Norah’s foam tiara and it fell in the toilet), watched Totoro, saw the dinosaurs at the zoo, climbed the troll, hung out at Gas Works Park, and played at the beach. We were so happy to have them visit!

Toshi dresses up as Mommy!

And my cousin Amy had her beautiful little baby boy Henry Alexander. He was a whopping 8 lbs 11 oz! I can’t wait to meet him in August!

Probably other stuff as well, but I’ve forgotten…
