Shoe lover

Sorry about the lack of updates. This week has been very busy. I’m trying to seriously start freelancing, so I’ve been gathering my work and what not.

Anyway, Toshi has been so sweet. Today at the grocery store, she said hi to everyone that passed her cart. Almost everyone said hi back, except for a semi-gruffy man that rushed past. She even blew kisses to the cashier, and then waved to everyone all the way out the store. I love when she is so friendly to strangers. I feel like if a little toddler waved at me, it would make me smile.

Toshi likes to play in the tents that Paul makes. These tents usually consist of draping a sheet over the furniture, but sometimes they are just draped over Paul. She also likes to be chased by the giraffe pull toy that Amy bought her. This game makes me tired after a while, so I’m totally guilty of hiding the giraffe every now and then.

She also loves trying on shoes — her shoes, my shoes, Paul’s shoes, anyone’s shoes. She gets pretty frustrated that the big shoes don’t stay on her feet, but it doesn’t stop her from trying.

Casual, yet still fierce.

Casual, yet still fierce.
