We have received so many wonderful wishes, cards, calls, gifts, emails, flowers, etc. I haven’t had time for proper thank-you’s, but we really appreciate everything. It’s amazing how much care and support everyone has shown.

First of all, I thought I’d showcase Grandma Kathy’s hard work: the organized closet and the freezer full of food.

Today Toshi got a nice package from the Danfords: a very cool top for the spring and a big stuffed animal from her second cousin (?) Liam. I took a pic of her with the stuffed cat from Liam and a similar monkey from my mom. Actually, Paul took the picture because I wasn’t tall enough to take it. (The crib is a little too tall for me.)

And I had to take a pic of this card we got from my Uncle Ken and Aunt Ann. It’s the most elaborate card I’ve ever seen. I don’t think this picture does it justice– it’s really crazy detailed.

So those are just a few things we’ve received. Thanks so much for everything. We think of you all often and really hope to be in touch soon.

(And Mandy, this is ridiculous I know. I guess I’ll just have to accept the fact that you’ll see the house a mess and see me as a mess and hopefully you won’t care.)
