Christmas in Ohio

We had a lovely Christmas in Ohio. Here is the clifnotes version:

Tuesday: Fine flight to Detroit. It was long, but Toshi had fun playing with Dad. Met Gus!

Wednesday: Toshi got to walk in the snow. We had a delicious Chinese dinner for my Aunt Janet’s birthday.

Thursday: Christmas Eve = church and dinner at my mom’s.

Friday: Christmas! Toshi loved opening her gifts at first, but after a while, lost interest in opening. So she just played with the new toys she got and left a pile of presents to be opened over the next few days. Toshi played “run around the ping pong table” with Avery.

Saturday through Monday: Relaxed, ate, spent time with Great Grandma Toshi, Uncle Paul and Oba/Oji…

Tuesday: Christmas with Paul’s family in Ft. Wayne! It was fast and furious, but lots of fun to see everyone.

Wednesday: Stopped by my dad’s work, packed.

Thursday: Flew home, completely exhausted!
