Sweetie Hearts
Posted by kara
Valentine’s Day means heart-shaped food! Heart pancakes for breakfast, heart cut-out cream cheese English muffins for lunch, heart-shaped spaghetti with heart-shaped breadsticks, and heart cut-out honey peanut butter crispies! If you can’t tell, I LOVE making food into shapes. I feel like it’s one of my favorite things about being a mom. That may seem like an exaggeration to you, but it’s the truth! I think Toshi had fun with the holiday. In her card to Paul, she asked him to bring her a valentine with candy. And he did! She loved it.
Paw Paw and Gi Gi gave cute Valentine’s Day shirts to the girls. I tried to get a good pic of them wearing the shirts, but you know how it is. (Impossible!) I finally just gave up. It’s the imperfect that’s cute, right?
