Getting into games

Today Toshi found out how much fun video games are. She seemed to really like Wii Sports. Probably because it’s so different from the other video games.

She enjoyed my “Clean Up” song while I put all the video games back.

However, she wasn’t done playing with the video games. (Just like her ol’ pops, she could play with these games for hours. Future member of the VGC?)

Once again, she was intrigued by Wii Sports. At least this time, she showed interest in helping me put away the games.

Other than video games, she is into teaming up with her dad to pick on me. Paul will hold Toshi near me when I’m vulnerable (i.e. washing dishes or sitting at my computer). That’s Toshi’s cue to either slap me on the head, pull my hair or drool on me. It’s a game that never gets old. 😉

I also like to think that Toshi knows how to share. She’ll take a toy and chew on it for a while. Once it is all nice and covered with slobber, she’ll shove it in my face, as if to get me to chew on it too. Usually she misses my mouth and crams it up against my glasses. Then I say enthusiastically, “Thanks for sharing, Toshi!” Yesterday I was totally LOLing when she crawled onto me and crammed her sock into my mouth. I guess she was getting even for all those naps I make her take. She’s pretty funny.
