Last but not least
Posted by kara
This week my parents came to visit their little granddaughter. And the rest of their family too, of course. It was another great visit, chock full of eating and snacking. Toshi was a good sport during our little outings and adventures. We didn’t do too much… a few restaurants, some shopping, and watching Toshi crawl and stand up. She is now pulling up pretty consistently. Her reach is incredible (uh-oh). I’m amazed at how big she is– sometimes she looks like a kid to me. We also found out that she’ll smile with squinty eyes when the red-eye light of the camera goes on. It’s pretty funny because I’m not sure if the red light is bothering her, so she’s scrunching up her face, or if she knows it’s picture time and she’s smiling for the camera. I’ll have to post some pics when my mom sends me hers. And I think she’s trying to talk– not just babble.
Of all the toys Grandma and Grandpa brought, this water bottle was her favorite.
Grandma Kathy set up her toys as a nice display.
Toshi is so strong– she can move around this heavy-ish camera bag.
UB wasn’t impressed.
Toshi wanted UB to play with her.
She usually gets what she wants.
