A pretty good day

I had fun getting in my Toshi time today. I held her most of the day even though she wasn’t asking me to… I guess I needed to make up for lost time on Saturday. Plus she took great naps, and that always puts me in a better mood.

This morning Uncle Bill stopped by with Columbus Day treats. Toshi had a lot of fun playing with UB. She smiled and waved at him a lot. What a Great Uncle!

Toshi is really liking her travel booster chair. She likes to climb in it and try to put the tray on. It’s cute to see her in a little chair. She is just now starting to clap with just her hands (she has been clapping her feet for a long time). Her other recent skills include nesting boxes and growling fiercely (guess which parent taught her to do that).


Later in the afternoon we walked to the baby consignment store and found a perfect fall coat. It’s warmer than her hoodies, but still breathable.

And to end the day, I got a nice phone call from Jamus. What a good day!
