Paw Paw, Gi Gi, Oba & Oji

It has been a grandparent extravaganza! First up: Paw Paw and Gi Gi came to visit over Memorial Day weekend. We spent a lot of time outside because the weather was perfect. Walks, playgrounds, water fountains, and the zoo. Toshi absolutely adores her Paw Paw and Gi Gi. She can’t get enough of them. One of her favorite activities was trying on Gi Gi’s shoes.

At the zoo, she found this great walking stick. You may have to look closely to actually see the stick that she was leaning on.

And now when you tell her to smile, this is the smile you get:

Now Oba and Oji are here. Uncle David and Aunt Molly also came up to visit! Toshi loves them all and is giving out lots of hugs. Uncle David, Aunt Molly, and Oji put together Toshi’s new tricycle. She loves her trike and her new helmet.

And Oba is still trying to get Toshi’s hair under control. It worked for about 5 minutes.

Toshi likes Bear to try everything that she does.

It seems that we’ve been having a nice laid back visit. Our days revolve around Toshi and food. Today we went to the beach and had a delicious cookout at my aunt’s house.

Summer seems to be off to a strong start. We need more visitors though… who’s up for it?
