“I love you, Daddy.”

A couple of days ago, I heard Toshi tell Paul, “I love you, Daddy.” WHAT?! I’ve been trying to get her to say “I love you” for a long time! I kept trying to get her to say it to me, and she finally did the next day, but it wasn’t as enunciated as when she told Paul. Plus, she is now saying “Daddy” and “Mommy,” which is pretty cute. When she is in a good mood, she’ll grab my arm when I’m changing her diaper and pull it toward her for an arm hug. She is so affectionate when she is extra happy.

I just thought of something… Whenever we tell her to smile, she scrunches up her face. I hope Jamie’s photographer doesn’t tell her to smile.
