Baby Coronas, Burgers and Toddlers
Posted by kara
Today we had some of Paul’s work buddies, their wives and toddlers over for a little cookout. Luckily the rain held off for a couple of hours so Paul could use the grill. Everything went pretty smoothly, considering there were 5 toddlers in the house. I was thankful that Toshi didn’t have a problem sharing her toys. It may have been because she was playing on the couch the whole time.
It was so nice to be around other parents that knew what it was like to have a toddler. Everyone was very go-with-the-flow and unphased by the millions of toys on the ground. Plus when the kids wanted a few rounds of The Itsy Bitsy Spider, everyone was game for singing along. Yes, our parties are very cool. We even had baby Coronas. Who knew they made little 7oz bottles?
Here are some seriously cute kids… and yes, there are twins!
This is for Jamus:
Still practicing her smiley face. But don’t worry… she’s got her funny face down.
