Our little news

I’d like to do some of the creative announcements like my friends suggested (changing the header color from pink to green/yellow, adding on another countdown clock) but I’m going to save Paul the hassle. We’re expecting our second little bundle of joy around July 16th! I had an ultrasound before Christmas and today I heard the heartbeat. It’s all very exciting, happy, and maybe a little overwhelming. I’m hoping that by the time July rolls by, we’ll be ready for the joys of parenting 2 kids. As Blair and Leg say, “It’s more than twice the work of one, but also more than twice the fun.”

No, but I picked the photo because of her expression… an anxious happy! Hehehe. She says she wants a brother, but we’re waiting until closer to the time to explain what is going to happen. Oh, and P.S. we might be able to find out the sex around late Feb!

Even though we already knew, we’re totally excited for you guys!!! Perhaps we’ll have to step it up and think about a number two. Maybe next year. You get it out of the way first. Also, do you need me to send my pregnancy clothes back? Kim said she doesn’t need them all, so let me know!! Take good care of yourself…the new baby will be here in no time!
