Sarah & Nick Get Hitched!

The four of us flew to Cincinnati for Sarah and Nick’s wedding and to visit family. It was a busy visit, but it was nice to see everyone. Plus, the girls did fantastic on the flights, so that made it a ton easier.

Friday: Family fun day. Toshi enjoyed playing with her cousins. We went to the park for a family photo. Kevin did a great job taking the pic! Wish I could say the same for me holding the baby…

Rest of Friday:

Saturday: Drove to Cincy for Gus’s first birthday party. He was very wiggly and active. And he wouldn’t let me hold him… but he let PJT hold him… hmmm…. will work on this when he comes to visit in November.

Then Ariana met me at the hotel for crepes and girl talk. Wish it could have been all day. I could talk to her forever… especially since she has a little baby on the way! Here I am, trying to be taller.

And finally, the WEDDING! Beautiful with Greek touches here and there. Sarah was perfectly gorgeous and Nick looked pretty as well. They wrote their own vows, which was really sweet to witness. It was a formal evening wedding, but laid back with plenty of laughter and happiness. I’m so glad I got to go to their wedding!

Oh, but we did arrive slightly late. I was completely unorganized and didn’t know where the wedding was. Yes, we were staying in the wedding hotel, but we spent 10 mins on the elevator or waiting for it as we checked the wedding sign in the lobby. So the wedding coordinator stopped Jeff from seating us and started the processional. Behind the scenes:

Where are Beef and Ashley? Not sure where Ash went (Jamus promised me pics of them), but I think Toshi disappeared Jeff…

This will probably not make the Christmas card…heh.
