No more monkeys jumping on the couch

One of my favorite things in the whole world is hearing Martha and Toshi laugh together as Toshi does something over and over to entertain her sister. I love my job.

I let Toshi do just about anything (crazy voice, run in circles, bang toys together) as long as it makes Martha laugh. Martha cracks up at Toshi all the time. The other night, I was feeding Martha in her high chair. Toshi stood next to us, and raised her Meow Mix and said, “Meow meow!” Martha cracked up. Toshi did it repeatedly, and Martha kept on laughing. I wondered if Toshi thought, “Finally! Someone appreciates my ingenious jokes!”

Love these videos!! Toshi has such a distinctive way of drawing people that I find way cute. Do you think I could commission a piece? I also loved how in the first video, Martha would laugh and then look over at the camera, almost as if she was saying “Mom, are you getting all this?” So adorable!

What fun to see the girls interacting and laughing together! I miss them so much! Martha is really changing and Toshi is growing up so fast! Can’t wait to see you all!

i wonder if toshi is thinking that marf is always in the background, since marf can’t really do much.
