Summer Hits

As expected, the summer flew by.

June: Toshi went to Grandparent Camp with my parents and loved it; Toshi did swim team (whew! time consuming), Marf did swim lessons; we passed our one year anniversary with the house.

July: Fourth of July fun with cousins and our neighborhood; Marf had her birthday; we battled lice and won (gross, but if you ever need help, let me know); we battled mice and won (poor little guys); Toshi and Marf spent a weekend at Paul’s parents; we went to Holiday World, zoo, children’s museums, and Dairy Queen a lot.

August: visited my parents during the water scare; Toshi started a new public school and met a great neighborhood friend (flashbacks of Gret? I hope so!); Martha is enjoying one more month of summer vacation.
